Terms of Service

Last updated: March 1, 2026

1. What LeadSignal does

LeadSignal ("Service") scans public posts on X (Twitter) and Reddit, and uses AI to identify people who may be interested in buying products or services related to your described niche. We deliver these leads to you via email digest and/or Slack notifications.

2. Account and eligibility

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use LeadSignal.

3. Subscription and billing

  • LeadSignal costs $29/month (plus applicable taxes). Taxes are calculated and collected by our payment processor, Dodo Payments, based on your location.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from your Settings page. After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, email us and we'll refund you — no questions asked.
  • Extra lead packs (50 leads for $12.50) are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once used.

4. What you get

  • Up to 100 AI-scored leads per month from public X and Reddit posts.
  • Up to 3 niches with up to 10 keywords each.
  • Daily email digest and optional Slack notifications.
  • A dashboard to view and manage your leads.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use LeadSignal for spamming, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially sublicense the leads or data provided by LeadSignal.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data and accuracy

LeadSignal surfaces publicly available posts from X and Reddit. We use AI to score buying intent, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of intent scores or that any lead will result in a sale. Leads are based on public data and AI analysis — use your own judgment when engaging with leads.

7. Intellectual property

LeadSignal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeadSignal. The leads delivered to you contain publicly available data from X and Reddit — we do not claim ownership over that content.

8. Third-party platforms

LeadSignal relies on third-party APIs from X (Twitter) and Reddit to search public posts. These platforms may change their APIs, terms of service, rate limits, or data availability at any time without notice to us. If a platform restricts or discontinues API access, some features of LeadSignal (such as leads from that platform) may be temporarily or permanently reduced. We will notify you of any material impact and, where possible, adjust the service accordingly. LeadSignal is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep LeadSignal running 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, and third-party API availability is outside our control. We'll do our best to notify you of any extended downtime.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of LeadSignal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
